Please note: I just there this together to have something down in writing. I will continue to update and fix as needed I just don't feel it is vital as most owners will never look at this. However, if you do read this and something is missing, something contradicts what we normally do , or something needs clarification please ask the commish.
I. Commissioner Statement
A. This league is intended to be fun, yet competitive. If you would run over your own grandma to win, the league is not for you.
B. COLLUSION will not be tolerated. Collusion can be hard to prove. However, if the commissioner suspects collusion (or stupidity), he has the right to make a decision to end it. Think about what you are doing before you do it.
C. The commissioner reserves the right to kick an owner out of the league if he feels the owner is detrimental to the integrity of the league.

1. . The goal of all trades is to make your own team better for the year or future years.
2. Trades are not reviewed or voted on. However if the commish feels there is any kind of collusion going on he may reverse trade or kick out owner(s). Possible red flags:
a. Same owners trading players back and forth. (rental players to help a team during a week or to win in a year)
b. Same owners trading over and over with one owner always coming out ahead.
3. Teams can trade away salary cap in a deal to help another team out. (on fantrax you trade away your salary cap, not trade away part of a players salary)
a. A team may ONLY take up to $50 of extra cap room each year. This means your salary cap may only be a MAX of $550 at any time.
b. example: Team A trades away $50 in salary cap to Team B. Team A will now have a salary cap of $450 and Team B will have a salary cap of $550. Team A can trade away as much salary cap as he wants or can take up to $100 of salary cap from other teams. Team B can NOT take on any more salary cap in a trade.

2. Must have a link that gives players position and date of birth
3. If you need to make a claim on a player that can’t be listed use the Unlisted process on proboards.
a. ANY players you claim on proboards count against your 50 total in fantrax. It is on the owner to leave a spot open if they have a claim in proboards. The commish has the right to ban a team from any pro boards claims if they are not taking this into account

a. draft players will be $1
b. This only counts for $ left over up to the max of $300 to spend and spots up to the 20. A team who drops below those numbers at start of auction will have to wait until after the draft to fill roster on waivers
